Office, unlicensed product

In the above, you can see there is a red bar at the top of an office product (in this case word) that is blocking the user from being able to complete any work.
To resolve this, follow these steps:
1. At the top right of the screen, you should see an icon representing the user's account. Click on this

2. Next, click "Sign out" OR if this option isn't available "sign in"

3. If you have pressed "Sign out", you should now press "sign in" and follow the prompts to input your username + password.
If you have pressed "sign in", you should then be directed through the sign in steps.

4. Follow all prompts inputting details if requested. If prompted to press "allow" or "Yes", proceed with these options. It's possible you may face a screen saying "an error occurred"; this is normal, and you may proceed to the next step
5. After completing the above steps, close all office products which includes, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.
6. Re-open the application you were trying to access and you should find you aren't receiving this problem any more.
7. IF the above hasn't resolved the problem, contact IT Services using one of the official channels.
